On the Second Day of Christmas:

If two (or more) people call on an account in your organization, work together and share information. The goal is to get results for your client so that they will continue to advertise with you. Use your other stations and resources for reach and frequency for your client’s message.

  • Work together to provide the best service. Two heads are better than one, and you can share ideas.
  • Make your portfolio of stations the foundation of your customer marketing. Remember, some money is better than none. This time you may get a smaller share than your partner, but next time your station may hit the target demo right on and you will get the bigger share.
  • Make it easy on your customers to spend money with your group by working together for media sales.
  • And finally, promise yourself that you will have fantastic and productive one-on-ones forever more.

Next time, for the Third Day of Christmas, find three reports you can use to help you be accountable and develop sales, and visit them frequently.
