Efficio Solutions Announces New Focus on Customer Success
(December 28, 2016) As of January 1, 2017, Efficio Solutions will have a team of media sales professionals designated to assist customers in achieving sales success. “Our team has evolved to become more than simply servicing our customers,” says Efficio Co-President David Einstein. “ Efficio is part of what can make a media sales team successful, and our Efficio team is an integral part of that.” Einstein announced that the new team will be titled the Customer Success Team.
Efficio Director of Customer Success Kitty Malone says the team will be involved with Efficio customers from the agreement forward. “Our focus is to set up the CRM system according to how our customers manage their business. We also provide on-going training in the basics of how to use the tool, to how to analyze the data for maximum sales results. And, of course, we are here to help answer questions as needed.”
“We are finding that our media partners want more than just basic CRM and Yield tools,” explained Einstein. “They are wanting best practices in how to use the tools; ongoing accountability; and troubleshooting. We want them to feel confident that, with our experienced Customer Success team, they can experience greater success in 2017 and beyond.”
