We are excited to announce the release of several new updates for ShareBuilder CRM!
First, we have made improvements to the Sales Analysis page, including the ability to export the data to Excel using the standard grid download button. We have also added a locked header and footer so that users can view the totals for each category on the page without having to scroll to the bottom.
In addition to these updates, we have also made minor improvements to the reports feature within ShareBuilder CRM. Users can now access a list of their recently accessed reports right on the homepage with the "Recent Reports" section, saving time and effort by eliminating the need to search for reports each time they need to use them. This can be located right below "My Calendar". The reports will be listed in the order they were last accessed, with the most recent report appearing at the top of the list.
Finally, we have changed the sorting of report templates to be alphabetical instead of by the date created. This change was made to improve the user experience and make it easier for users to find the report template they are looking for. By sorting the templates alphabetically, users can quickly find and access the templates they need and group similar templates together for easier organization.
