Introducing the perfect 1-on-1

Understanding the pivotal role of clear, concise, and effective communication between managers and AEs, we are thrilled to unveil the perfect 1-on-1 feature. This innovative tool is designed to centralize all necessary information about an AE in one place, making 1-on-1 meetings more productive and focused. With the perfect 1-on-1, managers and AEs can easily access and discuss general info, financials, next steps, and top accounts without navigating multiple CRM views.

AE and Manager Views: Tailored dashboards provide relevant information at a glance, ensuring both AEs and managers have a seamless experience.

One-on-One Agenda: A specialized agenda feature that includes tasks, notes, and one-on-one meetings, facilitating clear and structured communication.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Enhanced Security

With the forthcoming launch of the Connected Mailbox Integration, security is more crucial than ever. We are proud to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), focusing on a user-friendly, Email Security Code-Based MFA system. This method involves sending a temporary security code to the user's registered email, adding an extra layer of security while maintaining ease of use. Navigation Enhancements

With the release of the 1-on-1 experience, the left-hand navigation has changed.   You will still see the same market data you have always seen when logging into CRM. We are adding new views in the dashboard to help facilitate the 1-on-1 experience. What you can expect to see:

• A new left-hand navigation item called "Dashboard."
• The former home page will be called "Market."
• A new dashboard called “My Overview“ takes AE's to their own 1-on-1 view.
• A new dashboard called “Team“gives managers a place to get all AE's 1-on-1 views.
